Our story
The spark behind Community Candle Co.
Community Candle Co. is a husband-and-wife candle-making experience run by Chris and Jana Roberts out of Allen, TX.
We didn't start this as a business idea. We started it because we believe the best moments happen when people are side by side, doing something with their hands, laughing about something dumb, and leaving with a memory they didn't expect to make.
Candle-making gave us a format for that. Custom scents, a little guided chaos, and a table full of people who showed up strangers and left with a story.
We bring everything: supplies, fragrance oils, setup, instruction, and cleanup. You bring your people. That's the whole deal.

Why candle-making?
Fragrance has a way of slowing people down.
There's something about fragrance that gets people talking. Guests start smelling scent notes, comparing favorites, laughing at strong opinions, and building a blend that feels like their own. By the time they're pouring, everyone has made something personal.
We've hosted birthday parties, bachelorettes, corporate teams, church groups, and random Tuesday nights at breweries. The best part is watching people loosen up, compare scent notes, and turn the table into a shared story.
That's the thing we keep coming back for.
